The 31-year-olds clever wordplay, thought-provoking lyrics and relevant subject matter makes him a real prospect for the future, and there’s no better example of this than his previous release ‘Digital Slaves.’ The spoken word piece went on to get press in over 40 different blogs/ magazines including SBTV, Flavour magazine and the video got picked up by world-renowned music website worldstarhiphop.com, with Ragz-CV also completing a successful 16 date tour for the spoken word piece.

After releasing his latest single ‘Summer Days, Summer Nights’, which was produced by his late Granddad Robbie ‘King’ Robinson in the summer of 2014, it got a great response and was widely spoken of as the ‘quintessential jam of the summer’. This led to an 11-date tour which saw Ragz-CV go back on BBC Radio, Colourful Radio and Bang Radio. The single also got picked up by over 30 blogs/ magazines including Pardon My Blog, SBTV and a few American blogs. After all the individual success, Ragz-CV came up with the idea of Poetic Unity which he started in February 2015. The aim of the organisation being, to give young people the opportunity to express themselves through poetry, learn new skills and unite with like-minded people. Since then the organisation has grown rapidly with numerous workshops, events, videos and a nationwide radio tour. Due to its impact, Ragz-CV decided to register Poetic Unity as a charity in March 2017. Now that he has successfully built this community organisation Ragz has dedicated time into producing his first eagerly anticipated spoken word album ‘Soul Lyrical’ which will be available on 31/03/19.
